    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

    • Refills: LPG gas refills (gas only) are non-refundable once the cylinder is exchanged and the refill is complete.
    • Cylinders: Empty cylinders purchased as new can be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • Custom or special orders are non-refundable unless defective.
