- Cylinders: Empty cylinders purchased as new can be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Custom or special orders are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Reporting an Issue
To initiate a return or report a product issue:

- Replacements:

- Delivery Fees:

- Leased Cylinders: Leased or exchanged cylinders must be returned in good condition.
